Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate with loan applicants to gather necessary information and documentation.
Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate the loan approval process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan applications and related documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan applications.
