Skip’s real start in coaching came from co-workers asking for tips and feedback years ago, and more formally 7 years ago after being approached by mortgage loan originators, realtors, and title agents seeking to refine and grow their business. He has enjoyed seeing others succeed and has grown his knowledge base as he helped other skilled professionals. As of 2025, Skip has coached and trained dozens of people and organizations; helping them to increase their sales, fill their pipeline and take steps toward growth.
